Our Submission for The Tsunami Projekt:

"Eleven"

Words and music (c) Theory of Everything 2004

Silent for so long inside your cage,
Tell me how does it feel to take the blame?
I've swallowed all the stories that were told,
An answer is all I want before you go.

We are poles apart my friend,
In spite of how you try,
You cannot change the end.
And I, I wont hesitate,
To hang my head and wait,
But only for a moment this time.

Underneath the surface, barely even there,
Tell me what you're thinking so I can understand,
Learning you by instinct only,
Is a waste of time.

Hanging on is nothing new,
We don't have long, so tell your truth.

Toe the line,
Help me through,
Watch your back,
It's not over,
Trust in me,
Don't let go,
We're wasting time.

Keeping silent for so long,
How does it feel to take the blame?
You never wanted to be saved.
